Mobility, Stretch & Release

Designed to enhance flexibility and mobility, this class focuses on releasing tension and improving range of motion. Through a series of gentle stretches, targeted mobility exercises, and deep release techniques, you'll unlock tight areas and cultivate a sense of ease in your body. Perfect for those looking to improve movement, recover from activity, or simply release stress, this class is ideal for all levels.

 

Stretch & Strengthen

An energising fusion of yoga, pilates and strength based movement. A 60-minute class under gentle infrared heat, designed to enhance your strength and support muscle recovery. Utilising props like bands, straps, dumbbells and massage balls, this class focuses on detailed stretching and muscle activation, offering a comprehensive approach to flexibility and strength. Join us to refine your alignment, build core strength, and embrace the harmony of a well-rounded full-body practice.

 

LSD with Wendy

Long. Slow. Deep. A yin like practice where time slows down and the practice is all about you. LSD is a journey into mindful movement, with long-held poses that deepen your flexibility and bring a sense of calm. Designed for all levels, this class focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and grounding your practice to promote physical release and mental clarity.

 

Yin & Yoga Nidra

Immersed in stillness, come back to the Self with a nourishing Yin practice. Long held, primarily floor based postures open up the body and mind, while the stillness and quietness allow time to contemplate Yogic and Tantric philosophy that is woven through the practice. Each class is finished with a short guided Yoga Nidra meditation to bring a sense of deep rest and relaxation.

Restore

A gentle, calming class designed to help you unwind, release tension, and restore balance to your body and mind. With a focus on deep stretches, long holds, and mindful breathing, this class is perfect for anyone looking to relax, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility. Whether you’re recovering from physical strain or simply need a break from the hustle, Restore offers a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and find deep relaxation. Ideal for all levels and those seeking a slower-paced, nurturing practice.

 

Restore by Candlelight

A gentle and soothing practice, lit only by candlelit, that focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief. Imogen guides you on a meditative journey through intuitive sequencing, healing touch and the use of supportive props to ease into poses held for extended periods. A truely blissful experience.

 

Slow Flow

A calming, mindful practice designed to guide you through gentle movements with intentional breath. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and awareness at a slower pace, allowing you to deeply connect with each pose and cultivate a sense of ease and balance. Perfect for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or looking for a more relaxed flow, Slow Flow helps you release tension, improve mobility, and leave feeling centred and grounded.

 

Tantric Hatha

An embodied practice deeply grounded in Yogic and Tantric philosophy, that uses a combination of dynamic and static yoga poses for specific energetic purposes, and includes the more subtle aspects of the tradition, such as breathwork, mantra, kriya and meditation. Designed to help you thrive and guide you towards your most fulfilling life

 

Vinyasa

This class offers a dynamic flow that links breath with movement, helping you build strength, flexibility, and focus. Perfect for those who enjoy a good challenge or workout, this class offers a balance of invigorating sequences and mindful pauses, allowing you to flow through each posture with intention and precision. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or just want to move your body, this class is for all levels who want to connect with their breath, challenge their limits, and leave feeling both energised and grounded.

 

Flow with Wendy

Wendy’s Vinyasa flows are a powerful journey into the heart of self. With Wendy’s seasoned guidance, each movement is infused with intention, creating a practice that challenges both the body and the mind. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, build strength, or reconnect with your true self, Wendy’s class will leave you feeling wiser, more centred, and deeply connected.

 

Power Flow with Mal

These sessions offer an invigorating experience designed to detoxify and challenge your body and mind, helping you build resilience, both physically and mentally. Whether you're new to power flow or seeking a deeper practice, this class meets you where you are and supports your growth. Leave feeling energised, centred, and empowered.

​These classes are heated by infrared panels to a gentle 24-26 degrees.

Studio FAQ & Guidelines:

  • Arrive Early: We suggest arriving 10 minutes before class to sign in and get settled. If you happen to arrive late, please quietly find a spot at the back of the room so as not to disrupt the class. Keep in mind, the door is often locked a few minutes into class due to wind and student safety, so be sure to arrive on time!

  • Drop-Ins Welcome! While we love spontaneous visits, our cozy studio fills up quickly, so we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you have a spot.

  • No Shoes: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before stepping into our sacred space.

  • Store Your Belongings: To keep the space clear, we kindly ask that you place your belongings on the bench at the back of the room or find a space in the cupboard before settling onto your mat.

  • Mats Available: If you don’t have a mat, no worries! We have studio mats you can borrow. If you use one, please kindly wipe it down with the provided anti-bacterial spray and hang it up afterward. If you have your own mat, especially for heated classes, we encourage you to bring it along.

  • Props to Support Your Practice: We provide a range of props including blocks, bolsters, straps, medicine balls, and eye pillows to enhance your practice. Feel free to use them as needed!

  • Scent-Free Zone: To honor everyone’s comfort, we ask that you avoid wearing heavy perfumes to class, as some of our students are sensitive to strong scents.

  • Shirts Policy: For your comfort and hygiene, we ask that all students wear a shirt during infrared heated classes, and all yoga classes. Lightweight, breathable clothing is ideal for staying cool and comfortable.

  • Bring a Towel for Heated Classes: For our heated vinyasa & flow classes, please bring a towel large enough to absorb sweat. If you forget, we have a limited number available for hire at $5 per class. This is a non-negotiable health and safety requirement.

  • Stay Hydrated: Please bring a water bottle to all heated classes. Hydration is key. Filtered water is always available.

  • Feel at Home and Enjoy Your Practice! We’re here to support you every step of the way, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance.
