Welcome to the Winter Renewal 28 Day Wellness Challenge! Embrace the chill of winter with a transformative wellness experience designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. With a huge Grand Prize and incredible value, this is where you want to be this July!

What's the Challenge?

When: Monday July 1st - Sunday July 28th

Where: Gnarabup Yoga Studio

Why: to make this winter your season of renewal and growth!

  • Yoga Classes: Simply show up for yourself a minimum of 4 times per week (bonus entry for those who attend every day for 28 days!)

  • Daily Meditation and reflection questions: Practice daily meditation at home with our free online 28-Day Mindfulness Challenge (link provided at sign-up) this will be self-guided and will not be checked off but is essential for personal growth.

  • Weekly Journaling: Reflect on the past week using our journal prompts.

  • Sound Baths & Yin & Didj: Free for those in the challenge! A beautiful opportunity to explore our supplementary offerings.

All active passes will be paused during the dates of the challenge (July 1st-July 28th), and will be restarted upon completion so you don't lose out on any quality time on the mat!

Detailed Schedule:

Week 1: Setting Intentions

  • Yoga Classes: Attend any 4 yoga classes of your choice.

  • Meditation and reflection: Daily guided meditation session (link provided)

  • Monday July 1st, Journaling Prompt: "What are my goals for this winter season? How do I want to feel at the end of this challenge?"

Week 2: Building Routine

  • Yoga Classes: Continue with 4 classes this week.

  • Meditation and reflection: Continue daily guided meditation sessions.

  • Sunday July 7th, Journaling Prompt: "What obstacles have I faced this week? How can I overcome them?"

  • July 14th 2.30pm - Yin & Didj

  • July 14th 5pm - Sound Bath: Book your session if you haven’t already - and please cancel your booking if you cannot make it so somebody else can as spaces are limited.

Week 3: Deepening Practice

  • Yoga Classes: 4 classes to deepen your practice.

  • Meditation and reflection: Continue daily meditation.

  • Sunday July 14th, Journaling Prompt: "What changes have I noticed in myself? How has my mindset shifted?"​

​

Week 4: Reflection and Celebration

  • Yoga Classes: Complete your final 4 classes.

  • Meditation and reflection: Daily guided meditation to wrap up.

  • Sunday July 28th, Journaling Prompt: "What have I achieved during this challenge? How can I maintain these positive changes?"

  • July 26th - Sound Bath: Attend your final session and enjoy the soothing experience.

  • Monday July 29th Winner Announced!!

when you sign up for the challenge all active passes will be paused during your challenge, able to be restarted upon completion.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Ensure you attend 4 yoga classes each week to qualify for the grand prize - tick off your progress on the chart in studio.

  • Daily meditation, reflection questions and weekly journaling are all self-guided and will not be checked off but are essential for personal growth.

  • Sound Bath & Yin & Didj sessions are limited, so booking in advance is recommended - you do not need to attend a session to be eligible for the grand prize.

  • Competition runs Monday July 1st - Sunday july 28th

  • Grand Prize: Free membership begins July 29th and cannot be paused or transferred. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
