Wendy
Wendy brings over 30 years of yoga experience and wisdom to the mat. While her LSD classes are quiet, contemplative spaces, her Vinyasa and Flows are both challenging and grounding, encouraging students to build strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating self-awareness. With a nurturing approach, Wendy empowers students to listen to their bodies and practice with compassion, offering modifications to meet individual needs.

Cassandra
Cass has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and specialises in Tantric Hatha and Yin. With a deep commitment to the Vedic tradition, she integrates Ayurveda, Yoga, and Tantra in her classes to help students connect with their true essence—fierce, loving, and full of grace. Cass’s teachings are rooted in her experience with top global teachers, aiming to share the full depth of yoga’s transformative power and guide students towards self-awareness, connection, and growth.

Lauren
Lauren’s classes blend yoga with deep connection—connecting to self, community, culture, and the universe. After a career in journalism, Lauren shifted her focus to teaching yoga and expanding her qualifications in Kinesiology, Neuro Training, and Reiki. Her warm, inclusive approach shines in Mobility Stretch and Release, Strength Fusion and Vinyasa, where she emphasises mobility, balance, and subtle strength to make yoga accessible to all.

Maria Jesus
Maria brings close to a decade of experience and a unique blend of skills to her Vinyasa classes. As a certified physical therapist, she combines therapeutic techniques with mindful movement, creating a sustainable practice for every student. Inspired by nature, especially the ocean, Maria’s classes offer a flowing and transformative experience that connects body, mind, and the world around us.

Mal
Mal’s Power Flow classes are all about pushing your limits while leaving you feeling stronger, more focused, and deeply connected to your body. With over 35 years of experience, Mal teaches with a belief that yoga unlocks the truth within us, bringing clarity and energy to every part of your life. Expect a strong, invigorating practice that builds both physical strength and mental resilience,

Sandra
Sandra is all about movement that feels good and keeps you thriving as the years roll on. With a passion for longevity and vibrant health, she blends her expertise in Pilates with her belief that movement truly is medicine. Sandra’s mat classes focus on building strength, boosting mobility, and keeping balance in check—all with a fun, down-to-earth vibe. Her approachable style will leave you feeling energised, strong, and ready to tackle life’s adventures with confidence!

Jooles
Jooles feels most inspired and at ease in nature. Her connection to the rhythms, seasons and cycles of earth are woven, with intention, through her creative life and healing artistry. Having trained as a Yin and Hatha Yoga teacher and Sound of Being™ practitioner, Jooles is on a mission to listen deeply and create space for you to do the same. She is here to remind you that everything you seek is within, that by nature, you are already whole.

Kriz
Kriz is an ever-evolving Yoga Teacher, Pilates instructor and Reiki Practitioner. She loves to teach in a way that allows the body to speak through movement so that stagnant energy can shift and space can be available to explore the depths of the Self. Kriz enjoys a smooth, fluid flow and a fun and spicy Pilates class with music that supports deeper introspection.

Rob
Rob bridges the worlds of rhythmic flow and spiritual ceremony. With over a decade of experience guiding energy as a DJ, he has honed the ability to hold a safe and intuitive container for self-exploration.
His formal training in breathwork and ceremony was received in Bali under the guidance of Kim Kindersley (Heart of Breath).
His intention is to cultivate & support community with the profound power of breath and sacred circle.

Kai
Kai’s Slow Flow's are an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with your mind, body, and soul. With training in Guatemala and Mysuru, her sequences are influenced by dance, pilates, Thai massage, and traditional yogic philosophy, blending movement with guided meditation. To Kai, yoga is a sacred practice that quiets the mind, opens the heart, and nurtures the spirit—so be prepared to move, feel, and discover your true self.

Skaya
Skaya is an experienced Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and Ayurvedic practitioner who blends ancient wisdom with modern movement. Her gentle, creative approach supports students to feel spacious, grounded and empowered.

Our passion lies in promoting mental health, well-being, and community through yoga and events. While we aren't teachers ourselves, we bring the perspective of devoted students, just like you. Our goal is to offer a welcoming, inclusive environment that feels like a true sanctuary—a place where everyone can experience healing, personal growth, and heart-centered connection.
