Mobility in Motion
Mobility in Motion blends Pilates, yoga, resistance training, and fascia release into one seamless flow—designed to increase strength, joint freedom, and functional ease. With a new focus each month, expect targeted drills and mindful movement that leave you feeling open, strong, and ready for life. Perfect for those looking to improve movement, recover from activity, or simply release stress, this class is ideal for all levels.

Mat Pilates
Combining breath awareness with attention to posture and spinal alignment to improve core muscular strength. This strength-based class focusses on safe, functional movement and flexibility to assist in the prevention of injuries and provide a total body workout. This layered class, for beginners to advanced, will leave you feeling strong and energised.

Spicy Pilates
A fun, fiery fusion of core-strengthening Pilates with feel-good movement that leaves you sweaty, strong, and smiling. Expect pulses, playful tunes, and a serious burn—in all the best ways.

LSD with Wendy
Long. Slow. Deep. A yin-like practice where time slows down and the focus is entirely on you. LSD is a journey into mindful movement, using long-held poses to release tension and target the body’s fascia. This deeply grounding class invites you to soften into stillness, improve circulation through the fascia network, and create space in both body and mind. With a focus on breath, alignment, and awareness, it’s the perfect antidote to a fast-paced world.

Yin & Yoga Nidra
Immersed in stillness, come back to your Self. This soothing class begins with long-held, floor-based Yin postures that gently open the body and invite introspection, while threads of Yogic and Tantric philosophy weave through the quiet. We close with a short, guided Yoga Nidra meditation—offering deep rest, nervous system reset, and space to simply be.

MELT - Yin & Yoga Nidra
Sink into plush meditation mattresses and surrender to stillness. MELT is a slow, nourishing Yin practice featuring long-held, primarily supine postures designed to gently open the body and mind. The quiet stillness of the practice offers a sacred pause, where Yogic and Tantric philosophy is woven, guiding contemplation and deeper connection with the Self. Each session ends with a short, guided Yoga Nidra, allowing you to sink into a profound state of rest—melting away tension, stress, and mental chatter.

This soulful Sunday service is designed to help you soften, unwind, and reconnect. Through gentle restorative yoga, Reiki energy healing, and the soothing sound of crystal bowls, you’ll be guided back to a place of stillness and deep inner calm.
Supported by our MELT meditation mattresses and immersed in warm, ambient sound, this class invites you to rest without effort, release what’s no longer serving you, and come home to your body.

Mindful Mondays with Mal
Start your week with intention and energy at Mindful Mondays, a Power Flow class blending movement and mindfulness to help you feel strong, focused, and refreshed. A proud initiative from Party Wave Events, this class supports mental well-being and community connection, leaving you grounded and ready for the week ahead.

These classes are heated by infrared panels to a gentle 22-24 degrees.
Studio FAQ & Guidelines:

Arrive Early: We suggest arriving 10 minutes before class to sign in and get settled. If you happen to arrive late, please quietly find a spot at the back of the room so as not to disrupt the class. Keep in mind, the door is often locked a few minutes into class due to wind and student safety, so be sure to arrive on time!

Drop-Ins Welcome! While we love spontaneous visits, our cozy studio fills up quickly, so we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you have a spot.

No Shoes: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before stepping into our sacred space.

Store Your Belongings: To keep the space clear, we kindly ask that you place your belongings on the hooks provided or on the cupboard shelving before settling onto your mat.

Mats Available: If you don’t have a mat, no worries! We have studio mats you can borrow. If you use one, please kindly wipe it down with the provided anti-bacterial spray and hang it up afterward. If you have your own mat, especially for heated classes, we encourage you to bring it along.

Props to Support Your Practice: We provide a range of props including blocks, bolsters, straps, medicine balls, and eye pillows to enhance your practice. Feel free to use them as needed!

Scent-Free Zone: To honor everyone’s comfort, we ask that you avoid wearing heavy perfumes to class, as some of our students are sensitive to strong scents.

Shirts Policy: For your comfort and hygiene, we ask that all students wear a shirt during infrared heated classes, and all yoga classes. Lightweight, breathable clothing is ideal for staying cool and comfortable.

Bring a Towel for Heated Classes: For our heated vinyasa & flow classes, please bring a towel large enough to absorb sweat. If you forget, we have a limited number available for hire at $5 per class. This is a non-negotiable health and safety requirement.

Stay Hydrated: Please bring a water bottle to all heated classes. Hydration is key. Filtered water is always available.

Hey, we’re Pete and Carley—the "accidental yogis", your guides to movement, mindfulness, and making yoga feel really good. Whilst we never set out to run a yoga studio, we’ve created a space we absolutely love—and we wouldn’t change a thing.
Why? Because we know how much a simple, consistent practice can shift everything—your energy, your mindset, the way you show up for yourself and others.
We see you. You’re juggling work, relationships, responsibilities, and somewhere in there, trying to carve out space for yourself. You know movement and mindfulness help, but making the time? That’s the tricky part. And that’s where we come in.
Our mission is simple: make yoga and self-care fun and accessible to everyone. Here, yoga isn’t about how flexible you are or whether you have the ‘right’ gear. It’s about showing up, moving in a way that feels good, and leaving feeling lighter, clearer, and more you. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just rolling out your mat for the first time, this space is yours. A place to reset, reconnect, and breathe.
And if you’re wondering where to start, we’ve made it easy. Mindful Mondays—a free 6.30am class that Pete started, with Mal at the helm, to help more people access yoga, movement, and a side of mindfulness. No cost, no strings—just a feel-good way to begin the week, surrounded by community (and maybe even followed by an ocean dip, a coffee and bit of gratitude).
