Back to Self is a 28-day yoga challenge created especially for mums and women who want to gently come home to themselves this February.
Not through pushing.
Not through perfection.
But through consistency, care, and support.

How the Challenge Works
This challenge is designed to fit into real life.
There’s no perfect way to do this.
No catching up. No falling behind.

Attend yoga & pilates classes throughout the 28 days in a way that feels supportive for you.
🧡 Weekly incentive
Each week that you attend 3 classes, your name goes into the draw for our major prize.
Some weeks this will work, some weeks it won’t — both are completely okay.
🧡 Mini prizes, every class
At the end of each class, we’ll draw a name from the room.
Small, joyful prizes like a free local coffee, smoothie or studio credit.
🧡 Your Journal, Your Pace
You’ll receive a Back-to-Self journal with one simple prompt per day.
Some days you’ll write. Some days you’ll think about it while doing the dishes.
It all counts.

Some days you’ll come to class.
Some days you’ll journal for one minute while the kettle boils.

We’ll begin and end our 28 days together with two intentional gatherings led by Jooles. These Opening & Closing Ceremonies include full sound bath, gentle intention setting and shared presence.

Opening & Closing Ceremonies
We’ll begin and end our 28 days together with two intentional gatherings led by Jooles.
The Opening Ceremony invites you to arrive fully — through sound, gentle intention setting, and shared presence — creating a clear and supportive container for the weeks ahead. Held on Sunday Feb 1st.
The Closing Ceremony offers space to reflect, integrate, and honour what’s shifted. Through sound, circle, and quiet acknowledgement, we’ll close the experience with the reverence it deserves — not rushing on, but allowing what’s been cultivated to land. Held on Saturday Feb 28th.
These ceremonies are about feeling held by community and marking this journey as something meaningful — from start to finish.
