Membership Overview

Cancellation and Pause Policy

Memberships can be cancelled or paused anytime after the first renewal.

A $30 fee applies for cancellations within the first 3 months of activation.

For cancellations, holds, or changes to memberships, members must provide at least 3 days' written notice via email to gnarabupyogastudio@gmail.com.

Membership holds are available for up to 2 months but only after the first renewal period (28 days).

Holds must be requested by email to gnarabupyogastudio@gmail.com.

Payment Terms

The first fortnightly payment of $90 is required at sign-up and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments must be made using a valid credit/debit card.

Membership fees will be auto-drafted every 14 days from the first visit date.

Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for auto-debits. Insufficient funds or returned payments will incur a $15 fee, and access to the studio will be restricted until the balance is settled.

Early Termination

Membership termination within the first 3 months will incur a $30 fee, which will be auto-drafted.

Cancellation requests after the initial 3-month period are free of charge with the required 3-day notice.

Failure of Payment

Failed payments will result in the suspension of membership privileges until resolved.

Gnarabup Yoga Studio retains the right to charge members for any penalties incurred due to insufficient funds.

Communication and Confirmation

Members must ensure they receive confirmation of membership changes via email from Gnarabup Yoga Studio.

It is the member’s responsibility to follow up if a confirmation email is not received.

Gnarabup Yoga Studio is not responsible for miscommunications or failure to act on unconfirmed requests.

Miscellaneous

Prices are subject to change at any time, however a minimum 1 months notice will be given.

Gnarabup Yoga Studio reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion.

I understand that a $30 cancellation fee applies for early exits within the first 3 months.
