Reformer | Fundamentals
A slower paced class focused on control, stability and learning the foundations of reformer movement.
Movements are intentionally unhurried, giving you time to build strength, understand the machine and develop confidence with the exercises. This class lays the groundwork for safe, effective movement on the reformer.
