Reformer Pilates Class

Reformer | Flow

 

A dynamic full-body class that links strength, mobility and control through continuous movement.

​

Expect creative sequences that challenge coordination, build strength and keep the body moving with rhythm and flow. Springs, tempo and transitions are layered so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

​

Perfect if you want:

• a strong full-body workout

• improved mobility and control

• to leave feeling energised and capable

​

Suitable for most levels with options offered throughout. Best enjoyed once you’ve attended a few Slow Flow classes and feel comfortable with the reformer.

Reformer | Slow Flow

 

A slower paced class focused on control, stability and learning the foundations of reformer movement.

​

Movements are intentionally unhurried, giving you time to build strength, understand the machine and develop confidence with the exercises. This class lays the groundwork for safe, effective movement on the reformer.

​

Perfect if you want:

• to learn the fundamentals of reformer Pilates

• controlled strength and stability

• a steady, supportive pace
