Winter Warrior
2026 Program | June 28 - August 2
Margaret River's annual winter program is now open for enrolment! Designed to keep you moving, connected and consistent through the colder months. When the mornings are dark, the rain is falling and the couch is calling, Winter Warrior gives you a reason to keep showing up for yourself.
Your mission is simple:
✓ Attend 10 classes between 28 June and 2 August
✓ Attend at least 1 class each week
✓ Attend 2 classes in a week to go into that week's prize draw
✓ Complete the program to earn your exclusive Gnarabup Warrior hoodie and entry into our major prize draw!
A little reminder... this hoodie can't be bought. It can only be earned.

Yin & Massage
Sunday's 4-5.30pm

A slow, supported yin practice... with a luxurious twist...
Every posture is paired with hands-on massage — 8 to 10 beautifully curated shapes that invite your body to soften, open, and let go. You'll rest into each shape on our MELT meditation mattresses for next-level comfort and full-body support.
And just when you think it can’t get any better… you’ll be guided into the dreamiest essential oil-infused head massage and savasana to close. Think: nervous system melting, time disappearing, full-body goosebumps, pure peace.

Sound Bath with Jooles
First Sunday of the month, 4-5.30pm
A deeply nourishing space to rest, unwind and replenish at the end of the weekend.
Jooles opens the space with a short grounding meditation before surrounding the room with a rich soundscape created live using crystal singing bowls, flute, chimes, gong, Tibetan bowls and other resonant instruments. The vibrations move through the body like ripples through water, helping quiet the mind, soften tension and restore balance.
Each session is unique, yet follows a gentle arc that supports the nervous system to settle, the body to release and the mind to drift into deep rest.
Held on our MELT foam meditation mattresses for ultimate comfort, Sound Baths with Jooles are a beautiful way to close the weekend and prepare for the week ahead.

Breathwork Ceremony
Sunday July 26th 1-3pm with Rob Southgate
-Eternal Now Breath-
A ceremonial breathwork circle of gentle ‘Conscious Connected Breathing’ designed with more space for intention, meditation and shared connection.
Rob centres this experience around a 45-minute breathwork journey, held in a safe, supportive, and permissive circle. The ceremony begins with an opening introduction to arrive and settle, followed by a guided Felt Sense Meditation—an invitation to quiet the mind and gently awaken awareness of the body.
From this grounded place, we move into the breathwork: a simple yet profoundly transformative technique that invites you to cultivate a deeper relationship with self, dissolve mental narratives, move stagnant energy, and pillar in presence. Underpinned by a carefully curated soundscape, the practice touches on the mystic of ancient ritual and draws on a forgotten wisdom held within the breath.
The circle gently closes with time for optional sharing, connection, and reflection over herbal tea and a cookie… a soft landing back into the world.
Created with more space than the weekly practice, this ceremony offers an enriched experience of self, weaving together intention, meditation, breathwork, and community.

Every Monday morning, Mal generously donates his time to offer this community class completely free of charge.
His belief is simple: yoga should be accessible to everyone.
Expect a welcoming Power Flow designed to help you shake off the weekend, move your body, clear your mind, and start the week feeling energised, grounded, and connected. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, you'll be met exactly where you are.
More than anything, this class is about community. A space to move, breathe, connect, and begin the week alongside good people.
Stay afterwards for an optional ocean dip, coffee, and a chat.

Join Jooles every other Sunday for a deeeep fascia release woven together with a luxurious live sound bath. You'll be guided into shapes with your body and invited to pause there long enough (usually 3-5mins) for the fascia/ connective tissue to release. This deep release combined with the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gong creates just the right conditions to facilitate a FULL body, mind, spirit reset. Mmmmm!

This soulful Sunday service is designed to help you soften, unwind, and reconnect. Through gentle restorative yoga, Reiki energy healing, and the soothing sound of crystal bowls, you’ll be guided back to a place of stillness and deep inner calm.

Get ready to sweat, smile, and strike a pose in our unique Deep House Vinyasa yoga class! We're talking power moves, funky flows, and enough energy to power a small village. It's like a dance party meets yoga class, with a little bit of warrior spirit thrown in for good measure.
We'll challenge our bodies and minds with strong sequences that will leave you feeling like a true yogi superhero. And don't worry if you fall out of a pose or two - we're all just human pretzels in training. So come with an open mind, a playful spirit, and a willingness to let go and flow.
