Back in Rhythm
November Studio Challenge
Somewhere between winter, work, family, travel and everything else life asks of us, it’s easy to lose your rhythm.
You stop making time for yourself.
You move less.
You feel a little flatter, stiffer, more scattered.
Not dramatically. Just enough to notice.
This November, we’re creating a reason to come back.
For 4 weeks, Back in Rhythm is a simple studio challenge designed to help you reconnect with movement, routine and yourself.
Your challenge is simple: complete 8 classes in 30 days.

Here's how it works:
-
Back in Rhythm runs from 1–29 November 2026.
-
It’s free to join with any active direct debit membership.
-
Join a membership before Sunday Nov 8th to enter.
-
Your goal is simple: complete 8 classes across November. That’s roughly 2 classes per week.
-
Yoga, Mat Pilates and Reformer all count, as long as they’re included in your membership.
-
Everyone who completes all 8 classes will go into the draw to win our Back in Rhythm Prize Pack, filled with studio goodies in a Gnarabup tote bag.
-
Along the way, the whole studio will move through a four-week chakra journey designed to help you reconnect with movement, ritual and yourself.

The Welcome Gift
Your journey begins with a little something from us.
Every Back in Rhythm participant will receive a welcome pack of small tools and treats to help guide you through the month and bring a little more ritual into everyday life.
Inside, you’ll find simple touches to support your journey through the chakras, with things to sip, reflect on, keep close and enjoy along the way.
Nothing complicated. Just a gentle reminder that coming back into rhythm isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating small rituals that bring you back to yourself.
Join Through Any Membership
Back in Rhythm is included with all direct debit memberships. Yep, that’s right. It’s that simple.
Choose the membership that best suits the way you want to move, whether that’s Yoga & Mat Pilates, Reformer or a mix of everything.
Once your membership is active, you'll automatically be enrolled in the challenge. And if you find you no longer wish to continue your membership after the challenge has wrapped up, no problem, we'll waive our usual early cancellation fees.

Opening Ceremony
Join Kai & Carley, Saturday 31 October, 11-12.30pm, for an intimate morning of ceremonial cacao, meditation, visualisation and gentle movement as we create space to ask a simple question:
How do I want to feel in myself again?
Together, we’ll slow things down, set an intention for the month ahead and begin from the ground up, reconnecting with the parts of you that can get lost beneath work, family, responsibilities and everything else demanding your attention.
You don’t need to arrive motivated, clear or perfectly in rhythm.
That’s what we’re here to find.
A meaningful beginning to four weeks of showing up for yourself, surrounded by people doing the same 🧡
Closing Ceremony
The Back in Rhythm Closing Ceremony will be held on Sunday 29 November, 10.30am–12pm, led by Lauren & Carley.
Because coming back to yourself deserves more than a tick on a tracker.
After four weeks of moving, grounding, reconnecting and listening in, this is where we gather to notice what has shifted.
Together, we’ll reflect on the month, move gently, share cacao, settle into meditation and create space to honour the consistency, courage and care it took to keep showing up.
This isn’t about whether every class felt perfect or whether November went exactly to plan.
It’s about recognising the rhythm you’ve rebuilt, the connection you’ve strengthened, and what you want to carry forward from here.
We’ll celebrate everyone who showed up, draw the Back in Rhythm Prize Pack, and close the month together in the same spirit we began it: with intention, connection and community.
Because the real win was never completing 8 classes.
It was remembering how good it feels to come home to yourself.
