Step into our sanctuary by the sea, where the week’s weight melts away. Guided by Nicola from Milyana Sound Therapy, this unique session invites you to relax, restore, and reconnect. Allow yourself to be gently held in a cocoon of soothing vibrations as sound waves weave through every cell, bringing your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony. Each session offers a touch of mindfulness or meditation, deepening your journey into inner calm and balance.

For your comfort, we provide mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows in the studio. Feel free to bring a small pillow if you’d like additional neck support.

Melodic Meditations
every Tuesday for November | 6-6.45pm
Curious about meditation but don’t know where to start? Melodic Meditations with Charm Silk is the perfect way to explore mindfulness and stillness in a cosy, approachable and welcoming space.
You’ll be introduced to different techniques, including breathwork (pranayama), simple guided visualizations, and the calming sounds of the harp and crystal lyre. Charm goes above and beyond to create a warm and peaceful atmosphere where you can relax and simply enjoy the experience—no prior knowledge or experience is necessary, gentle guidance is offered every step of the way.
This special one-off community event will help you find mental clarity, ease, and a sense of safety in stillness. You’ll learn that meditation doesn’t have to be complicated—it’s about finding stillness in a way that feels good to you. We invite you to join us for an hour of gentle relaxation and take your first steps toward a calmer, more centred you.

Acoustic & Asana

Begin your weekend immersed in the dreamy acoustic melodies from Perth Indie Folk Musician George Dacheff, as Gnarabup yoga teacher Lauren Pilat leads a nurturing, heart-centred yin asana practice.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with an energetic cleansing using a native plant smudge stick, helping you release the week’s tension and open your mind and heart to the present moment. Enter our warm, softly lit space adorned with candles, where you’ll be invited to your mat and guided through a calming pranayama practice designed to foster peace and self-healing.
Bolsters, blocks and blankets will support your restorative yin practice, allowing you to physically drop into your body with the intention to relax and let go. As you slowly move from one asana to another, you’ll be serenaded by the melodic soulful sounds of George on guitar and piano, set to soften you into a dream-like state.
This is a relaxed event with an emphasis on slowing down. There’ll be space to stay and have a herbal tea afterwards to encourage connection.
The evening is set to be advaya, meaning unique or original in Sanskrit. Advaya is a concept that is deeply rooted in our DNA, just as music is in George Dacheff and yoga is in Lauren Pilat.

a Chakra Healing Workshop

Join Imogen & Nicola for this blissful & transformative 90-minute Healing workshop, working with Energy Healing & Sound Therapy to release limiting beliefs & blocks within your Chakras (the energy centres in the body).
Follow Imogen as she provides intuitive insight into what exactly the Chakras are. Guiding you over each one and enlightening you to the relevance that they hold within her fascinating field of Psychic Energy work.
Become inspired by Nicola’s obvious passion for Sound, as she explains the inner workings of the different instruments she uses in relation to the energy that is stored in your body. Detailing what intuitive messages she often receives to help guide your Sound session.
This is a personalised Healing workshop, where we will be providing individual Energy Healings within a group Sound Bath. We will be working on any emotional wounds or blockages that are stored within your body, or that may be preventing you from flourishing… allowing you to realign with your true Self. To focus with the present rather than the past, inviting fresh energies & new beginnings.
To complete your profoundly meditative Healing session, we will be serving a grounding, warm herbal tea. Gently bringing you back to the space, & allowing time for integration.

We're now offering state-of-the-art FAR Infrared technology that raises the body’s core temperature in a natural, comfortable way without blowing dry air or humidity. The warm balmy temperature wraps around you as you prepare for the most powerful, moving, body changing practice you’ve ever experienced.
