Guided
Foundations

Your 21 Day Supported Kickstart

Maybe you’ve bought class packs before, joined with the best intentions or promised yourself that this time you would keep going. Then life became busy, you missed a few classes and the routine quietly disappeared. Guided Foundations gives you something those previous attempts may not have: a thoughtful plan, experienced teachers and someone checking in to help you keep choosing yourself.

What's included

Gnarabup.Yoga_edited.png

✦ A Welcome Session before your very first class ✦

Before your first class, you'll have a phone chat with a member of the team, a proper introduction and a conversation about what you are hoping for. You will know exactly what to expect, where to go and how it works before you ever have to figure it out in the room. That feeling of walking in as a stranger disappears before it ever gets the chance to take hold.

✦ A Personalised 21-Day Ritual Plan ✦

You will leave your Welcome Session with a clear, written roadmap showing exactly which classes to attend and when, built around your goals, your body and your life. No more standing in front of a timetable wondering where to start. Someone who knows you has already mapped it out.

✦ Unlimited Yoga and Mat Pilates ✦

The goal here is about finding what it feels like when movement becomes a natural part of your week rather than something you have to talk yourself into. Unlimited access means you can show up on the days you feel like it, layer in practices that complement your Reformer sessions and discover what actually resonates with your body.

✦ Access to Two Reformer Pilates Classes Every Week ✦

1-2 sessions per week is enough to feel a real difference without overwhelming your body or your schedule. Your teachers will watch how you move, offer adjustments that actually make sense and build your strength in a way that feels safe, progressive and genuinely yours. This is where many women first realise their body has not been failing them. It has simply been waiting for the right guidance.

✦ One Complimentary MELT Recovery Session ✦

Choose a recovery session from Sound Bath, Breathwork, or Yin & Massage. This is the part of the program that catches most people off guard, because it is often here that something quietly shifts. The nervous system finally gets a chance to settle. The body stops holding on. A lot of women describe this as the moment they stopped trying to manage everything and simply exhaled. For many, it is the first real breath they have taken in years.

✦ A Progress Check-In ✦

After your first week, a member of our team will call or text to talk about how things are going. If something isn't clicking, we adjust. If you are ready to go deeper, we open that door. You are not on your own trying to work out whether you are on track. Someone is paying attention.

✦ A Welcome Pack from Local Margaret River Businesses ✦

A curated collection of products from local businesses chosen to support your body through this first few weeks of movement and beyond. A small, thoughtful welcome to the community you are joining, not just the studio.

✦ Teachers Who Actually See You ✦

Every class at Gnarabup is led by someone who understands how women's bodies change over time. All with advanced anatomy training, they notice your alignment before discomfort becomes pain. They explain why things matter rather than simply telling you to push through. You will never be left wondering whether you are doing it right, because someone in that room is making sure you are.

Infrared Heated Classes ✦

Move more freely, ease everyday stiffness and settle into a cosy warmth that helps your body soften, your mind slow down and every breath feel a little deeper.

We're here to serve the woman who has spent so long caring for everyone else that she's forgotten how to care for herself.

We've created a sanctuary where you feel seen, safe and supported to move your unique body, regulate your nervous system, and come home to the calm, strong and capable woman you've always been.

01.

You're looking for a competitive fitness environment.

02.

You want to be pushed at all costs, regardless of how your body feels.

What people are honestly saying:

"I have to be honest, yoga studios go on about community and connection so much i always thought those words were overused and like a trend I guess... but this studio really is a community. Everyone is so lovely, teachers are very welcoming and amazing. I do feel a part of something special when I go there. Also bumping into people I know in some classes has been great too. "

A few things you might be wondering:

What happens after I purchase?

We’ll send you a short Starting Point questionnaire and arrange your personal Welcome Session. This is where we get to know you, understand what you want from the next 21 days and create a Ritual Plan around your body, experience and real-life schedule. We’ll also help you choose and book your first classes, so you’re not left to figure it out alone.

Is Guided Foundations suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Guided Foundations was created for people who are completely new, returning after time away or simply unsure where to begin. Our experienced teachers will guide you through each class, explain what you need to know and offer support every step of the way.

What if I’m older, unfit or inflexible?

You don’t need to become fit or flexible before you start. You simply need to begin. We’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you build strength, mobility and confidence at a pace that feels supportive for your unique body.

Can I join with an injury or health consideration?

In many cases, yes. Our teachers have backgrounds in physiotherapy, sports science, nursing or advanced anatomy education, which is one of the reasons you can feel so well supported here. Before you begin, we’ll take the time to understand any injuries, pain or health considerations, recommend appropriate classes and ensure your teachers know how best to support your unique body. In some circumstances, we may ask you to seek guidance or clearance from your treating health professional first.

How will I know which classes to choose?

You won’t have to guess. During your Welcome Session, we’ll learn about your goals, experience, body and weekly availability, then recommend the class styles, teachers and times we believe will suit you best. We’ll help you book your first week and check in throughout the experience to make sure your Ritual Plan still feels right.

What if my schedule changes or I fall behind?

Life happens, and you don’t need to complete Guided Foundations perfectly for it to be worthwhile. If your original plan stops working, we can help you adjust your class choices or find different times. The goal is to discover a rhythm that can support you beyond these 21 days, not to add another source of pressure to your life.

What is included?

Your 21-day Guided Foundations experience includes:

  • Unlimited Yoga and Mat Pilates

  • Two Reformer classes each week

  • One restorative MELT session

  • A personal Welcome Session

  • Your own Ritual Plan

  • Help choosing and booking your first classes

  • Personal check-ins and the option to revise your plan

  • Support right up until the final-week and help deciding what comes next

What happens after the 21 days?

During your final week, we’ll take a moment to reflect on what you’ve enjoyed, what you’ve noticed and which routine feels realistic to continue. If you would like to keep going, we’ll recommend the simplest membership option to support the rhythm you’ve created. There is no obligation and Guided Foundations will not automatically roll into a membership without your agreement.

GNARABUP.YOGA-1.jpg

Guided Foundations is a structured 21-day introduction to Gnarabup Yoga & Pilates designed specifically for women who are ready to start, but want to do it properly this time.

Not another class pack that sits unused in your account. Not a program where you show up and quietly hope you are keeping up. A real beginning, with real guidance, built around you.

For $149 you get 21 days of supported, personalised movement that helps you build strength, restore your body and feel genuinely at home in the studio before you ever have to figure any of it out on your own.

This is for you if you have started and stopped before. If you have stared at a booking page confused and closed it again. If you want experienced teachers who notice how YOU move, explain what they are doing and why, and help your body feel better rather than just worked harder.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer to jump straight onto a membership, you can explore those here...
