Meghan Coyle

Such a magical place ~ The Yin Yoga w/ Sound & Massage is such a wonderful combination of mediums to bring you back home to your body. My experience here left me feeling so grateful for the beautiful Ayla guiding me through, Maria & Meg for their healing hands and Mat bringing everything together with such nurturing sounds. I left feeling both uplifted and grounded and am so looking forward to the next session. 🙏

Wendy is quite possibly the best yoga teacher I’ve ever experienced- LOVED her vinyasa classes. Such a perfect balance of challenge and support. Made me wish I lived nearby so I could keep coming!

My partner and I were staying in the Margaret’s Beach Resort and I decided to book the Thursday evening LSD class with Wendy. Wow, just wow! Wendy’s calm presence and deep knowledge were so grounding. Her alignment cues and hands-on assists were spot on, and the long, slow stretches felt incredible after a week of travelling. She wove in these little gems of yogic wisdom that made the experience so much more than just a yoga class. Honestly, it’s one of the best practices I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to visit again and try the Wednesday morning session too!

Love this space! The variety of yoga classes, the sunset view in the evenings, the proximity to the ocean for a cheeky dip after class! It’s a real community vibe. Love heading for a coffee with friends after classes at the nearby shop and really enjoy the latest community events/markets theyve been hosting with local small businesses. I always feel like part of the family here <3

Wadandi Boodja

We acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land, the Wadandi (salt water) people, and their deep connection to this beautiful region. We pay our respects to their elders, both past and present, and recognize the enduring spiritual and cultural connection that the Wadandi people have with this land. We are grateful for the opportunity to live, work, and practice yoga on this land and strive to be respectful custodians of it in our own way.
