A 3-Part Winter Workshop Series
This winter, give your body what it’s really craving—space to soften, unwind, and release.
In this series of 2hr workshops, you’ll use myofascial release balls to target your acupressure points and meridian lines, helping you melt tension, ease physical discomfort, and support your emotional well-being.
Practical. Interactive. Nourishing. And absolutely all levels welcome.
Each month brings a new theme, guiding you to explore different areas of your body and energy system through practical and interactive exercises—paired with an immersive surround sound bath using healing frequencies to help your nervous system fully let go.
Come to one or join all three—each workshop offers new focus areas, new insights, and space to move, soften, and return to yourself.

Session 1
Your Feet Are The Blueprint
Sunday June 15th, 10am-12pm
This month, you'll begin with the feet—the foundation of your body and the energetic gateway to grounding, stability, and direction. Through targeted myofascial release and acupressure techniques, you’ll explore how tension stored in the soles, arches, and ankles can reflect and influence your sense of movement and purpose in life. By nurturing your feet, you start to rewire how your entire body stands, moves, and responds to stress. This session invites you to reconnect with your roots, restore natural alignment, and step forward with greater clarity, ease, and confidence—both on and off the mat.


Session 2
Your Hips Don't Lie
Sunday July 13th, 10am-12pm
This month, you’ll move into your hips—often considered the emotional junk drawer of the body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine and somatic wisdom, your hips are a powerful storehouse for unprocessed feelings, deep-seated fears, and moments you’ve “sat with” yet never fully released. Using targeted myofascial release and acupressure, you’ll explore the relationship between physical tension and emotional holding patterns, creating space to gently unearth and unravel what your body has been holding on to.
As the saying goes, “your hips don’t lie”—and this session offers a chance to truly listen. With compassionate awareness, you'll be guided through a process of softening and surrender, helping you tap into greater emotional freedom, mobility, and grounded presence in both body and mind.
Session 3
Neck & Shoulder Support
Sunday Aug 17th, 10am-12pm
This month, you’ll turn your attention to your upper back and shoulders—the places you so often unconsciously hold stress, tension, and the invisible burdens of daily life. In both Traditional Chinese Medicine and emotional bodywork, this area is deeply connected to feelings of responsibility, support, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” It’s where you can carry not only physical weight, but the weight of expectations, past experiences, and emotional overwhelm.
Through focused myofascial release and acupressure techniques, you’ll be guided to soften the load—releasing habitual holding patterns, restoring circulation, and creating a sense of spaciousness through the upper body. As you gently unwind the tension here, you may uncover insights about where in life you're over-giving or under-supported.
This is your invitation to lay it all down—to stop bracing, and start breathing again. Walk away feeling lighter, freer, and more deeply supported from within.

lauren pilat
Lauren brings a grounded, intuitive presence to the Roll & Release series—blending her knowledge of yoga, kinesiology, neuro-training, and energy work to create an experience that feels both deeply restorative and profoundly supportive.
With a background in journalism and over a decade in the corporate world, Lauren understands the toll stress and disconnection can take on the body and mind. Her own journey led her from newsrooms to yoga studios, where she now helps others reconnect—with themselves, their bodies, and what matters most.
Lauren’s approach is heart-led and down-to-earth. She’s passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where you can soften, explore, and release at your own pace. With her guidance, you’ll learn to listen to your body, trust your inner wisdom, and gently unravel layers of tension—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
