🔥

Welcome to the new way of warming up from the inside out.

Our infrared heated classes are designed to support your body in the cooler months with nourishing movement, deep muscle release, and just the right amount of heat.

Infrared heat gently warms the body (not the air), helping:

✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Release tight muscles
✔️ Reduce muscle & joint pain
✔️ Improve cardiovascular health
✔️ Calm the nervous system

✔️ Enhance immune function

Unlike traditional heated yoga, infrared heat is soft and soothing—not overwhelming. You'll feel warm, grounded, and energised, not wiped out.

Please note: Classes are heated to a gentle 24 degrees. Infrared heat is not suitable for pregnant woman and those with certain health conditions. If in doubt please consult a health care professional prior to commencing classes.

Yin & Yoga Nidra 🔥

Immersed in stillness, come back to the Self with a nourishing Yin practice. Long held, primarily floor based postures open up the body and mind, while the stillness and quietness allow time to contemplate Yogic and Tantric philosophy that is woven through the practice. Each class is finished with a short guided Yoga Nidra meditation to bring a sense of deep rest and relaxation.

LSD with Wendy 🔥

Long. Slow. Deep. A yin-like practice where time slows down and the focus is entirely on you. LSD is a journey into mindful movement, using long-held poses to release tension and target the body’s fascia. This deeply grounding class invites you to soften into stillness, improve circulation through the fascia network, and create space in both body and mind. With a focus on breath, alignment, and awareness, it’s the perfect antidote to a fast-paced world.
